By far the majority of the reviews are very favorable. It seems to be a huge time saver. One owner said she could make mashed potatoes in 5 minutes. There were many favorable comments on cooking dry beans since these can be difficult to get soft sometimes. Also cooking grains got a lot of favorable comments because of the cooker’s ability to get them cooked to perfection. But there were a few that complained about the pot not being as scratch resistance as they expected.
There were a few complaints on it being hard to seal. But one person that complained about that said they were going to take it back for replacement because they like it so much. There is a little red ball that is an indicator that lets you know whether or not you have a safe seal. This is very important to understand and to make sure it is properly sealed every time.
